Thank you for choosing our clinic. In order to provide the best care to all patients and reserve adequate treatment time, we kindly ask that you observe the following scheduling policies:
Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time at no charge.

Each patient is allowed up to two late reschedules per calendar year as a courtesy.

Additional late reschedules will be subject to a fee or may require prepayment for future appointments.
Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment fee.

Same-day cancellations will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.

Patients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice ("No-Show") will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.

Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
